make the effort,
with the Windy City Life Coach

The journey to
change the world
starts when
someone Listens.
As the increase in mental health, anxiety and suicide
rises all across the nation, the question is now asked,
where did these individuals work, where was
leadership? Mental health often is noticed in work and
social performances while felt in the slightest
interactions. Coaching allows for organizations to
proactively response to mental wellness, from leadership
to staff to clients. A Life Coach is not someone who
performs diagnostics or prescribes treatment. As a life
coach I simple listen while offering coping strategies to
aid in daily performances, best practices to retain and
accommodates valuable team leaders, colleagues and
even clients. Private confidential wellness sessions or
customized workshops maybe held daily or quarterly
depending on the need. The goal is to allow for a
moment to simply debrief, re-set and tackle any
underlining stress or mental health triggers/issues while
configuring a result driven action plan.

LEADERSHIP
Self-discovery along with self-mastery had always been my challenge, early on II realized there was a void internally that I needed to fill. I studied strategies and concepts form motivational speakers like Zig Ziggler, Les Brown; readings from Dwayne Dyer and OG Mandino trilogy. All of which contributes to my found passion and innate ability to make genuine connections. Listening and meeting people where they are while empowering others, fills my void with wisdom and understanding and is truly gratifying.
1 in every 20 adults is living with a serious mental health condition or long-term recurring anxiety and depression. Many people don’t seek treatment or remain unaware that their symptoms could be connected to a mental health condition. People may expect a person with serious mental illness to look visibly different from others, and they may tell someone who doesn’t “look ill” to “get over it” through willpower. These misperceptions widen the void and challenges of living with a mental health condition.
SEIRE LLC, strives to close the gap between those who suffer in silence and someone who’s willing to listen. Proactively I aid in mental wellness, by offering coaching that is confidential, transformative and empowering. I work diligently to build trust, restore confidence, performance and purpose. I am…
